Reservation Changes, Cancellations, and Refund Information
At Exotic Car Rentals, we understand that travel plans and schedules can change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how reservation cancellations, modifications, and refunds are handled. By placing a reservation with Exotic Car Rentals, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Most reservations require a deposit or advance payment to secure the selected vehicle and rental dates. Once a reservation is confirmed, the requested vehicle may be removed from availability for other customers.
Deposit requirements may vary depending on the vehicle, rental duration, location, and time of year.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or through an authorized company representative.
The date and time we receive your cancellation request will determine whether a refund is available and whether any cancellation fees apply.
Reservations canceled more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled pickup date may qualify for a full refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable processing fees, if applicable.
Reservations canceled between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days before the scheduled pickup date may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the vehicle reserved and the commitments already made to secure the booking.
Reservations canceled fewer than seven (7) days before the scheduled pickup date may not qualify for a refund.
Reservations canceled on the scheduled pickup date, after vehicle delivery, or after the rental period has begun are generally non-refundable.
Failure to appear at the agreed pickup location and time without prior notice may be treated as a no-show and may result in forfeiture of all amounts paid.
Certain vehicles, including limited-production exotic cars, supercars, specialty vehicles, holiday reservations, and event-related bookings, may be subject to stricter cancellation terms.
Any special cancellation conditions will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Customers may request changes to rental dates, delivery locations, vehicle selections, or rental duration.

No refunds or credits are guaranteed for unused rental time resulting from an early vehicle return.
